Job Requirements
- At least 6 months of security-related experience is required
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws
- Drug screen as permitted by law
- Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment
- Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only

Job Duties
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies
- Monitor access to the location, verify credentials, and assist with visitor management to help to deter unauthorized entry
- Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols
- Maintain detailed records and logs of activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences at the front desk
- Communicate professionally with building management, tenants, and Allied Universal team members regarding security-related matters
- Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate for the location and post assignment
