Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws
- Qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered consistent with applicable laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Licensing requirements may apply prior to employment based on state and/or local laws
- Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively
- Basic knowledge of security protocols
- Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations
- Strong observation and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at the front desk
- Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials and maintaining visitor logs as required
- Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner
- Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, following established protocols
- Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and/or contractors to address inquiries or direct them as needed
- Support the overall security-related operations of the location by reporting irregularities and escalating concerns to the appropriate personnel
