Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- customer service experience is preferred
- access control and/or badge experience is preferred
- pass a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws
- pass a drug screen as permitted by law
- licensing requirements as per state and/or local regulations may be required prior to employment
- hold a valid driver’s license if position involves driving

Job Duties
- Provide customer service to clients at the logistics and distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate
- respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, acting as a representative of Allied Universal
- conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or suspicious behavior
- monitor access points and observe the movement of personnel, vehicles, and/or shipments to help to deter unauthorized entry
- document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or concerns to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or site management
- assist visitors, employees, and contractors by providing information and supporting adherence to established security-related protocols
- collaborate with site management and/or local authorities as directed in the event of emergencies or incidents requiring additional support
