Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- state security license (BSIS Guard Card)
- additional 32-hour BSIS security training or willingness to obtain it during hiring
- valid driver’s license
- clean motor vehicle record
- able to pass extensive screening
- authorized to work in the U.S.
- ability to adapt quickly and think on one’s feet
- responsive and strong problem solving skills
Job Qualifications
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
- have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and complete additional 32hr BSIS security trainings
- have a driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record
- be able to pass an extensive screening process
- have the ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
- possess responsive and strong problem solving skills
- experience in security, military, or law enforcement is an asset
Job Duties
- Monitor the premises to ensure security
- conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
- control access points and verify identities
- respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
- provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
- write detailed reports on events and incidents
- collaborate with authorities during serious situations
- ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
