Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass an extensive screening process
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- State security license (BSIS Guard Card) or willingness to obtain it during hiring process
- Flexibility to work various shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to travel to Pismo Beach and Santa Barbara areas
- Ability to work on short notice without guaranteed or fixed schedules
Job Qualifications
- Flexible availability to work any day of the week, weekends, and holidays
- High school education or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to pass an extensive screening process
- Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus
- Possess a driver’s license and maintain a clean motor vehicle record
- Hold a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32-hour BSIS security trainings
- Willingness to obtain California Guard Card license with company support if needed
Job Duties
- Monitor the premises to ensure security
- Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
- Control access points and verify identities
- Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
- Write detailed reports on events and incidents
- Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
