Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screening
  • Possess a valid state security license (Minnesota License #297)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Basic phone and computer proficiency
  • Ability to pass rigorous screening procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
  • Pass an extensive screening process successfully
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
  • Show proficiency in basic phone and computer skills
  • Have prior experience in security, military, or law enforcement (preferred)
  • Hold a valid state license if required

Job Duties

  • Serve as the first point of contact by welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
  • Manage access control to ensure only authorized individuals enter the premises
  • Conduct regular patrols to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs promptly
  • Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency response teams
  • Answer questions in person and over the phone to assist visitors and occupants
  • Write detailed incident reports and communicate security concerns to management
  • Ensure the safety and protection of people and property within the assigned site
