Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening
- Possess a valid state security license (Minnesota License #297)
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic phone and computer proficiency
- Ability to pass rigorous screening procedures

- Have prior experience in security, military, or law enforcement (preferred)

Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact by welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
- Manage access control to ensure only authorized individuals enter the premises
- Conduct regular patrols to identify and mitigate potential risks
- Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs promptly
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency response teams
- Answer questions in person and over the phone to assist visitors and occupants
- Write detailed incident reports and communicate security concerns to management
- Ensure the safety and protection of people and property within the assigned site
