Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass an extensive screening process including background check and drug screening
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Basic phone and computer skills
- Possession of a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and completion of 32hr BSIS training or willingness to obtain during hiring process
- Previous Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
- Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
- Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is a plus
- Have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32hr BSIS security trainings (additional security training can be obtained during the hiring process)
Job Duties
- Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
- Manage access control
- Provide access control to vendors, contractors, and employees entering and exiting the facility
- Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
- Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- Answer questions in person or by phone
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
