Job Requirements

Be authorized to work in the U.S.
provide documentation of high school diploma or GED
be 21 years old
pass an extensive motor vehicle check
have one year of security experience
pass an extensive screening process
demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
be proficient in basic phone and computer skills
have or be able to obtain a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and complete additional required security training

Job Qualifications

Be authorized to work in the U.S.
have high school diploma or GED
be 21 years old and able to pass an extensive motor vehicle check
possess one year of security experience
be able to pass an extensive screening process
have exceptional customer service skills
be proficient in basic phone and computer skills
have prior security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
possess a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and have or be able to complete 32 hours of BSIS security training

Job Duties

Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
manage access control
perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
answer questions in person or by phone
write incident reports and communicate security concerns
ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
