Job Requirements

Authorized to work in the U.S.
Provide documentation of high school diploma or GED
Pass GardaWorld's screening process
Be able to work flexible part-time hours
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Be physically able to perform security patrol duties
Possess or be able to obtain a Texas Security License

Job Qualifications

Strong customer service skills
Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
Responsive and proactive problem-solving skills
Security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
Possession or ability to obtain Texas Security License

Job Duties

Welcome visitors and verify their identity
Guide and assist visitors in a professional manner
Manage access control to the premises
Conduct regular security patrols to identify potential risks
Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance issues
Respond promptly to incidents and provide first aid when necessary
Write detailed incident reports and communicate security concerns
Coordinate with emergency response teams
