Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Possess a high school diploma or GED
- Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
- Strong problem-solving and responsive skills
- Security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
- Possess or be able to obtain a Texas Security License
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Provide customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
- Manage access control and ensure authorized entry
- Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks and hazards
- Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs promptly
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- Answer questions in person or by phone and offer assistance
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns to management
