Job Requirements

  • Be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • be able to provide documentation of high school diploma or GED
  • be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
  • 2 years security officer experience
  • corporate or home office security experience
  • exceptional customer service skills
  • proficient in basic phone and computer skills
  • have a state security license and additional 32hr BSIS security trainings

  • corporate or home office security experience

  • proficient in basic phone and computer skills
  • security, military, law enforcement experience preferred
  • have a state security license and additional 32hr BSIS security trainings (additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)

Job Duties

  • Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
  • manage access control
  • perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
  • inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
  • respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
  • answer questions in person or by phone
  • write incident reports and communicate security concerns
  • ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
