Job Requirements
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
- pass an extensive screening process including background check and drug screening
- possess exceptional customer service skills
- demonstrate proficiency in basic phone and computer skills
- have open availability for variable shifts
- maintain a command presence and ability to de-escalate situations
- enforce facility access rules effectively
Job Qualifications
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
- be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
- exceptional customer service skills
- proficient in basic phone and computer skills
- if you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience - even better
- you have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)
Job Duties
- Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
- manage access control
- perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
- inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
- respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- answer questions in person or by phone
- write incident reports and communicate security concerns
- ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
- must be able to de-escalate scenarios
- command presence
- must be capable of enforcing facility access rules, including asking non-employees or unauthorized persons to leave the property
