Job Requirements

  • be authorized to work in the u.s.
  • provide documentation of high school diploma or ged
  • possess a valid state security license (bsis guard card)
  • complete 32 hours of bsis security training or be willing to obtain during hiring process
  • pass an extensive screening process including background and drug checks
  • demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • maintain professional appearance and conduct on duty

Job Qualifications

  • be authorized to work in the u.s.
  • possess a high school diploma or ged
  • demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
  • have proficiency in basic phone and computer skills
  • hold a valid bsis guard card and complete the required 32-hour bsis security training
  • prior security, military, or law enforcement experience is preferred but not required
  • ability to pass a thorough screening process including background check and drug screening

Job Duties

  • welcome and assist visitors with a professional and courteous demeanor
  • verify identities and manage access control to secure premises
  • conduct regular patrols to identify and mitigate potential security risks
  • inspect security equipment regularly and report any maintenance or operational issues
  • respond promptly to incidents, provide first aid when necessary, and coordinate with emergency response teams
  • answer questions and provide information in person or via phone
  • write detailed incident reports and communicate security concerns clearly to management
