Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum one-year experience in law enforcement or gaming security preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to speak on radio and respond to radio traffic
- valid driver’s license
- qualified to perform bike patrol duties
- ability to read and understand safety rules and procedure manuals
- ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- ability to present information effectively in small group settings
- ability to apply commonsense reasoning
- physical ability to stand, walk, sit, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl
- ability to lift and move up to fifty pounds regularly and up to one hundred pounds occasionally
- ability to see close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
- willingness to work in varied noise levels and smoke-filled environments
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Interact effectively with the public and team members
- perform excellent customer service at all times
- guard all transfers of monies and chips on the casino floor
- generate written reports regarding security-related incidents
- escort and observe customers and team members to ensure their safety
- identify and report potential safety hazards
- act as a dispatcher during emergencies
- operate company vehicles as directed
- maintain a working knowledge of company facilities and special events
- ensure safe transportation of company monies and gaming tokens
- accept identification to ensure compliance with legal age requirements
- assist valet and shuttle drivers
- operate and respond to radio traffic
- assist with traffic flow
- maintain consistent attendance
- perform reasonable requests by management
- usher for events as needed
