Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years or equivalent combination of education and experience
- High school diploma or equivalent experience or training
- CPR certification required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and late nights
- Ability to work on feet for eight hours or more
- Must be able to lift, push, reach for, carry 30 plus pounds frequently
- Strong knowledge of security software and MS Office preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to multitask
Job Qualifications

- Security management experience ideal
- Hospitality experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR certification required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Alcohol servers license preferred
- Strong knowledge of security software and MS Office preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
Job Duties
- Work under direction of the Regional Director of Security
- Maintain high level of positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests
- Communicate regularly with leadership regarding security job assignments and workflow
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and health regulations policies
- Reduce the opportunity for crimes through preventive patrol and high visibility
- Watch for unusual, illegal or dangerous activities on premises
- Resourcefully solve issues and take control of problematic situations
- Address guest complaints and debrief with team members in person
- Promote and preserve peace to assure a comfortable and non-threatening environment
- Aid individuals in danger or in need of medical attention
- Respond to emergencies as prescribed in Procedures
- Patrol property and assist guests with room access, valet, bell services, and housekeeping
- Input written reports and activity summaries adhering to confidentiality guidelines
- Help assure compliance with liquor laws
- Assist in developing and presenting security programs
- Be willing to be cross trained at sister properties
- Perform other duties consistent with position needs
