Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- CPR certification
- driver’s license
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and late nights
- ability to lift, push, reach for, or carry 30 plus pounds frequently
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong knowledge of security software and MS Office preferred
- ability to work on feet for eight hours or more
- alcohol servers license preferred

Job Duties
- Work under direction of the Regional Director of Security
- maintain high level of positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests
- communicate regularly with leadership regarding security job assignments and required timeframe
- follow all safety, sanitation, and health regulations policies
- reduce the opportunity for crimes through preventive patrol and high visibility
- watch for unusual, illegal, or dangerous activities on the premises
- resourcefully solve issues and control problematic situations
- address complaints from guests and debrief with team members
- promote and preserve peace to assure a comfortable, non-threatening environment
- aid or seek aid for individuals in danger or needing medical attention
- respond to emergencies as prescribed
- patrol all areas and assist guests with room access, valet, bell services, housekeeping if required
- input all written reports and summaries of incidents while adhering to confidentiality
- help assure compliance with liquor laws
- assist in developing and presenting security related programs
- willingness to be cross trained to assist at sister properties
- perform other duties consistent with the functions of the position as needed
