Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma, GED, or ability to complete the GED program within 6 months
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus
- Ability to interact professionally with a wide range of individuals
- Strong attention to detail and vigilance throughout shift
- Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid and effective judgment and appropriate escalation
- Willingness to participate in pre-employment screening including drug test and background check
- Understanding of customer service and public interaction
- Availability for day and swing shifts
- Reliable, accountable, punctual, and strong work ethic
- Ability to greet and interact positively with site visitors, vendors, drivers, client, or client employees while maintaining excellent customer service
- Intermediate computer and technology skills for report completion via handheld devices and telephone alarm reporting
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills

- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Must provide high quality customer service in person, via radio, and over telephone
Job Duties
- Report alarms in accordance with client requirements and monitor cameras
- Greet client employees, client, vendors, truck drivers and aid as needed
- Conduct internal patrol and/or external mobile patrol when needed to check for unsafe conditions, hazards, security violations, blocked ingress and egress, mechanical problems, unauthorized persons, inspects grounds using appropriate equipment and protective gear
- Monitor entrance/exits and provide guidance to site visitors and/or vendors
- Complete detailed daily activity reports (DAR), incident reports and logs via Securitas and client systems
- Provide an atmosphere in which all drivers, vendors, client employees, site visitors, client, and management know their needs are being met
- Present a good image to client, public, and management
- Operate in a calm manner and direct persons who cause disruption to leave property
- Protect evidence or scene of incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations, set up barriers and signage, and provide direction or information to others
- Observe and report incidents or suspicious activity to client, company management, or public safety authorities as appropriate for the circumstances and/or as required by the site
- Act to ensure that all property removal is conducted within appropriate policy requirements and in accord with client standards
- Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site
