Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- high school diploma, GED, or ability to complete GED within six months
- conflict resolution and de-escalation skills preferred
- must be able to interact professionally with wide range of individuals
- great attention to detail and vigilance
- ability to respond to emergencies with rapid effective judgment
- willingness to participate in pre-employment screening, drug screen and background investigation
- understands customer service and public interactions
- availability for day and swing shifts
- reliability, accountability, punctuality, strong work ethic
- ability to interact positively with site visitors, vendors, drivers, clients and employees
- intermediate computer and technology skills
- excellent customer service and communication skills

Job Duties
- Report alarms in accordance with client requirements and monitor cameras
- greet client employees, clients, vendors, truck drivers and aid as needed
- conduct internal patrol and/or external mobile patrol to check for unsafe conditions, hazards, security violations, blocked ingress and egress, mechanical problems, unauthorized persons
- monitor entrances and exits and provide guidance to site visitors and vendors
- complete detailed daily activity reports, incident reports, and logs via Securitas and client systems
- provide an atmosphere where drivers, vendors, client employees, site visitors and management feel their needs are met
- present a good image to client, public and management
- operate in a calm manner and direct persons who cause disruption to leave property
- protect evidence or scene of incidents in case of accidents, emergencies, or investigations
- observe and report incidents or suspicious activity to client, company management or public safety authorities as appropriate
- ensure property removal is conducted within policy requirements and client standards
- carry out specific tasks and duties required for assigned site
- maintain communication and professionalism in all interactions
