Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to pass background check
- physical ability to patrol and conduct searches
- excellent communication skills
- availability to work day, evening, night, and weekend shifts
- ability to remain vigilant and respond calmly under pressure
- ability to prepare accurate logs and reports
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- strong observational and communication skills
- ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
- previous experience in security or related field preferred
- knowledge of safety and emergency protocols
- ability to work various shifts including nights and weekends
- basic computer skills for report preparation
Job Duties
- monitor exits and entrances
- patrol site on foot or in vehicle
- screen visitors and employees as needed
- observe and report incidents or suspicious activity
- conduct searches of bags, individuals, and patient rooms
- respond to immediate incidents promptly and effectively
- respond to incidents of fire, medical emergency, bomb threat, hazardous materials and other conditions following established procedures
- assist in evacuation and implement emergency procedures as necessary
- prepare logs and reports as required
