Job Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Pass background check and drug test
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Complete training modules within the first month
  • Ability to sit, stand, drive, and walk for up to 12 hours
  • Demonstrate commitment to company values and professionalism
  • Able to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience in security, military, or law enforcement is a plus but not required
  • Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills
  • Ability to use smartphone technology efficiently for reporting and clocking purposes
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proven reliability and punctuality
  • Ability to adapt and work flexible shifts

Job Duties

  • Conduct foot patrols to deter potential crimes and ensure resident safety
  • Prepare detailed and accurate incident and site reports using company technology
  • Manage property security ensuring all access points are secured
  • Perform vehicle patrols as required to maintain property safety
  • Maintain and care for assigned Signal equipment including radios, keys, vehicles, and devices
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members about site concerns and operational updates
  • Deescalate issues professionally to maintain a safe environment
