Job Requirements

- High school diploma or GED
- Pass background check and drug test
- Must have reliable transportation
- Complete training modules within first month
- Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills
- Demonstrate a commitment to service, organization values and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor at all times
- Must be able to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds

Job Duties
- Conduct static security services for courtyards, offices, pools, and other high-value areas
- Secure all required access points and protect property and residents
- Perform foot and vehicle patrols to deter potential threats
- Write detailed and accurate incident and site reports using company technology
- Interact professionally with internal and external customers to foster a positive relationship
- Communicate promptly with supervisors about customer or property-related concerns
- Care for assigned security equipment including radios, access keys/cards, vehicles, and devices
- Deescalate issues professionally through effective communication
- Manage daily activities to meet reporting standards and service quality benchmarks
- Disseminate client needs and post order updates as communicated by supervisors
