Job Requirements

Authorized to work in the U.S.
High school diploma or GED
Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
Exceptional customer service skills
Basic proficiency in phone and computer use
Security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
State security license if required

Job Duties

Welcome and verify identity of visitors
Guide visitors and provide excellent customer service
Manage access control to secure premises
Conduct regular patrols to detect and prevent potential risks
Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
Respond promptly to incidents and provide first aid when necessary
Coordinate with emergency response teams
Answer questions in person and by phone
Write detailed incident reports and communicate security concerns
Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
