Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a hotel or related field preferred
- Prior security experience is desirable
- CPR or First Aid certification preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to walk, lift up to 25 pounds, bend, reach, and climb stairs
- Availability to work varied shifts including holidays and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a hotel or related field preferred
- Prior security experience desirable
- CPR or First Aid certification preferred
Job Duties
- Patrol designated hotel areas
- Respond to disturbances and emergency situations
- Maintain a daily activity log
- Maintain confidentiality with respect to guest and employee incidents
- Prepare incident reports and communicate all related information to hotel management
- Access secured areas for authorized personnel
- Complete incident and accident reports clearly and concisely
- Escort guests to their rooms or assist guest entry according to hotel standards
- Work toward increasing guest satisfaction scores
- Follow sustainability guidelines related to HHM's EarthView program
- Practice safe work habits and follow OSHA standards
- Monitor TV cameras if applicable
- Perform bell person tasks and assist guests with luggage
- Perform other duties as requested by management
