Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • 2-3 years of experience in security or related field
  • Must obtain DCJS Unarmed Security Certification within the first three months of employment
  • Must have CPR/AED/First Aid Certification (provided by CCV)
  • Must maintain a good driving record
  • Ability to work Wednesday through Sunday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
  • Must pass pre-employment drug test and criminal background screening

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Experience in security roles (2-3 years recommended)
  • DCJS Unarmed Security Certification within first three months of employment
  • CPR/AED/First Aid Certification (provided by CCV)
  • Ability to maintain a good driving record
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to write clear and concise reports

Job Duties

  • Routinely patrolling all buildings, parking lots, and property on two campuses
  • Enforcing parking rules and issuing violation notices as needed
  • Assisting the valet department by directing traffic and/or parking cars as needed
  • Documenting safety/security incidents, writing daily reports at the end of each shift
