Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience or training
- Minimum of 2 year or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to work on your feet for eight hours or more
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and late nights
- Must be able to lift, push, reach for, carry 30 plus pounds frequently
- CPR certification and driver's license required
- Strong knowledge of security software and MS Office preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to multitask
- Alcohol servers license preferred

Job Duties
- Work under direction of the Regional Director of Security
- Maintain high level of positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests
- Communicate regularly with leadership regarding security job assignments and required timeframe
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and health regulations policies
- Reduce the opportunity for crimes through preventive patrol and high visibility of security
- Watch for unusual, illegal or dangerous activities occurring on the premises
- Resourcefully solve issues and seize control of problematic situations
- Address all complaints from guests and debrief with team members
- Promote and preserve peace to assure a comfortable and non-threatening environment
- Aid or seek aid for individuals in danger or needing medical attention
- Respond to emergencies as prescribed in Emergency Service Procedures
- Patrol all areas of the property and assist guests with room access, valet, bell, and housekeeping services as needed
- Input written reports and activity summaries of incidents while adhering to confidentiality guidelines
- Help assure compliance with liquor laws
- Assist in developing and presenting security-related programs
- Willingness to be cross trained to assist at any sister properties
- Perform other duties consistent with the functions of the position as needed
