Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience or training
- Minimum of 2 years or equivalent combination of education and experience
- CPR certification and driver’s license required
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and late nights
- Must be able to lift, push, reach for, carry 30 plus pounds frequently
- Strong knowledge of security software and MS Office preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to multitask
- Alcohol servers license preferred

- Security management ideal, hospitality experience preferred

Job Duties
- Work under direction of the Regional Director of Security
- Maintain high level of positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests
- Communicate regularly with leadership regarding security job assignments and required timeframe
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and health regulations policies
- Reduce the opportunity for the commission of crimes through preventive patrol and high visibility
- Watch for unusual, illegal or dangerous activities occurring on the premises
- Resourcefully solve any issues and seize control of problematic situations
- Address all guest complaints and debrief with team members
- Promote and preserve peace to assure a comfortable and non-threatening environment
- Aid or seek aid for individuals in danger or in need of medical attention
- Respond to emergencies as prescribed in Emergency Service Procedures
- Patrol all areas of the property and assist guests with room access and other services
- Input written reports and activity summaries of incidents during shifts
- Help assure compliance with liquor laws
- Assist in developing and presenting security related programs
- Willingness to be cross trained to assist at sister properties
- Perform other duties as assigned consistent with the role functions
