Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in security, military, or law enforcement
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to develop and implement security policies
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • availability to work during events and emergencies
  • ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • valid concealed weapons permit is preferred

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience in security, military, or law enforcement
  • more than 5 years of experience in security protocols or law enforcement
  • 1-3 years of experience in event security planning and training
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • preferred certifications in CPR or First Aid
  • knowledge of concealed weapons carry permit valid in all US States
  • ability to remain calm during emergencies

Job Duties

  • recommend, implement, and verify compliance with security programs including guard services and risk assessment
  • identify security gaps and recommend improvements
  • assist in planning event security and executive protection
  • implement internal audits for emergency preparedness and security programs
  • stay updated on regulations and industry best practices
  • assist with staff training and crisis response plans
  • select, supervise, and develop the security team
