Job Duties
- Oversee all aspects of hotel safety and security, ensuring compliance with local laws and internal policies
- Respond promptly and effectively to guest and employee emergencies, incidents, and safety concerns
- Prepare detailed incident and investigation reports, maintaining accurate records
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate a team of security personnel
- Manage loss prevention
- Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate safety and emergency response protocols
- Serve as a property ambassador for the hotel’s Safety Committee
- Collaborate with hotel leadership to enhance the guest experience through visible security presence and customer service initiatives
- Create and manage departmental schedules, ensuring optimal coverage and efficiency
- Oversee payroll and timekeeping for the security team
