Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
- Undergo background investigation according to federal, state, and local laws
- Pass a drug screen as permitted by law
- Meet licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws
- Valid driver's license required for driving positions

- Valid driver's license
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to respond calmly to emergencies
- Experience in conducting patrols and monitoring access
- Effective communication skills
Job Duties
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and emergency response activities
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem solving manner
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter
- Monitor access points and verify identities of visitors
- Maintain detailed logs and reports of security activities
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency personnel when necessary
- Assist with safety drills and compliance checks
