Job Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a valid driver’s license for driving positions
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
- Pass a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws
- Pass a drug screen as permitted by law
- Meet licensing requirements as per state or local laws if applicable
- Availability to work afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of security experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to respond effectively to emergencies
- Strong communication and problem solving abilities
- Familiarity with security systems and protocols
Job Duties
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and emergency response activities when appropriate
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and staff at the front lobby
- Monitor access control systems and verify identification of individuals entering the premises
- Report and document security incidents accurately
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed
