Job Requirements
- Valid Guard Card
- Ability to lift 50 to 200 pounds
- Willingness to stand for up to 8 hours
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including day, evening, and night shifts
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to follow safety and emergency procedures

Job Duties
- Support a welcoming atmosphere by balancing security with hospitality
- First hello and last goodbye to every guest
- Know your regulars by name
- Monitor entrances, exits, and guest flow to prevent incidents
- Check IDs and ensure all guests meet entry requirements
- De-escalate conflicts and handle situations calmly and professionally
- Follow emergency procedures and assist during evacuations when needed
- Report all incidents accurately and promptly to management on a nightly incident basis
- Attend all required training on safety, guest interaction, and procedures provided by the company
- Lift 50lbs to 200lbs and stand for up to 8 hours
