- able to work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions

- physical ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs and push or pull up to 150 lbs

Job Duties
- Perform protective and enforcement functions in a courteous and professional manner
- be trained and act as a first responder with CPR, AED, Stop-the-Bleed, and fire extinguisher procedures
- conduct interior and exterior restaurant patrols to identify undesirable conditions
- evaluate situations and make logical decisions calmly
- conduct investigations including interviews and involve appropriate personnel
- document incidents and write reports
- maintain order while attending to guests, staff, and vendors
- assist in safety controls for performances
- coordinate response to emergencies such as fire alarms and safety hazards
- handle violations of policy, laws, and undesired conduct
- respond to security and emergency situations promptly
- provide key assist
- give accurate information to guests, staff, and vendors
- receive, record, and secure found property and assist guest inquiries
- escort staff and guests to parking lots as needed
- perform other duties as assigned
