Job Requirements
- Proven experience in security preferably in nightlife or entertainment setting
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Physical fitness and ability to stand walk for extended periods amidst noisy sound levels
- Knowledge of local laws security protocols and emergency procedures
- Certification in CPR First Aid is a plus
- Availability to work evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Maintain order and security by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to prevent disturbances
- Check IDs and monitor entry to verify legal drinking age and club compliance
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with inquiries and addressing concerns courteously
- Respond promptly to emergencies and incidents in accordance with protocols and laws
- Collaborate with team members including security, bartenders, waitstaff, and management for a secure environment
- Enforce club policies regarding dress code, behavior, and alcohol consumption
- Maintain accurate reports documenting incidents, activities, and irregularities
