Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid state security credentials or licenses
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must maintain a well-groomed appearance
- Minimum two years of experience in positions with direct guest contact
- Strong verbal, written, and technological abilities
- Keyboarding skills of 25 WPM
- Skilled in investigations
- Competent in clerical duties using Microsoft Office and site-specific programs
- Must be able to work and stand inside and outside, sometimes in excessive heat or cold
- Must maintain strong observation skills throughout shifts
- Must be able to work independently
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs and push or pull up to 150 lbs
- Must speak, read, and write English

- Preferred associate degree or higher
- Experience as a first responder or related roles like hospitality security guard/officer, loss prevention, or emergency medical technician
- High-end customer service experience
- Completed basic military training
Job Duties
- Perform protective and enforcement functions in a courteous and professional manner
- Respond to emergencies, undesired conduct, disturbances, and threats to life and property
- Conduct interior and exterior restaurant patrols to identify undesirable conditions
- Evaluate situations and make logical decisions while maintaining calmness
- Conduct investigations including interviewing complainants and witnesses
- Document incidents and write reports
- Maintain order in the restaurant while attending to guests, staff, and vendors' needs
- Assist in safety controls for performance aspects inside the venue
- Coordinate expedient responses to emergency conditions like fire alarms and safety hazards
- Handle violations of restaurant policies, civil laws, and undesired conduct
- Respond to security and emergency situations and prioritize work timely
- Provide key assistance and accurate information to guests, staff, and vendors
- Receive, record, and secure found property and respond to lost property inquiries
- Escort staff and guests to parking lots as required
- Perform other duties as assigned
