Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years of age
- valid state security credentials or licenses
- two years of experience in a position with direct guest contact
- strong verbal, written and technology skills
- keyboarding skills 25 WPM
- ability to work and stand inside and outside in various weather conditions
- able to lift and carry up to 60 lbs
- able to push or pull up to 150 lbs
- must be able to speak, read, and write English
- full availability including early mornings, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays

- strong verbal, written and technology skills
- keyboarding skills of 25 WPM
- investigation skills
- proficiency with Microsoft Office and site-specific programs
- ability to work and stand both inside and outside in various weather conditions

- ability to work independently
- able to lift and carry up to 60 lbs and push or pull up to 150 lbs
- fluent in English
- high school diploma or equivalent
- associated degree or higher preferred
- experience as a first responder or similar hospitality security roles preferred
Job Duties
- perform protective and enforcement functions in a courteous and professional manner
- respond as a first responder trained in CPR, AED, Stop the Bleed and fire extinguisher procedures
- conduct interior and exterior restaurant patrols to identify undesirable conditions
- evaluate situations quickly and maintain a calm demeanor
- investigate incidents by evaluating scenes, interviewing complainants and witnesses
- document and write reports
- maintain order while attending to guests, staff, and vendors
