Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid state security credentials or licenses
- Two years of experience in a position with direct guest contact
- Strong verbal, written, and technology skills
- Keyboarding skills 25 WPM
- Investigation skills
- Ability to work and stand inside and outside in varying temperatures
- Maintain strong observation skills with elevated level of detail
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs and push or pull up to 150 lbs
- Must be able to speak, read, and write English

Job Duties
- Perform protective and enforcement functions in a courteous and professional manner
- Respond to emergencies and undesired conduct
- Patrol interior and exterior restaurant areas to identify undesirable conditions
- Evaluate situations and make logical decisions calmly
- Investigate incidents including interviewing complainants and witnesses
- Document and write reports
- Maintain order while attending to guests, staff, and vendors
