Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- able to pass extensive screening process
- availability for part-time night shifts Sunday through Thursday 11PM to 7AM
- ability to engage positively with visitors and occupants
- good physical condition for patrol duties
- state license if required
- authorization to work legally in the U.S.
Job Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- exceptional customer service skills
- proficient in basic phone and computer skills
- security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
- possession of a state security license if required
Job Duties
- Provide customer service by welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
- manage access control to secure premises
- perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
- inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
- respond promptly to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- answer questions in person or by phone
- write detailed incident reports and communicate security concerns
- ensure safety and protection of individuals and property
