Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent (GED)
- valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record
- state security license (BSIS Guard Card) or willingness to obtain during hiring process
- ability to pass extensive screening process
- flexible availability to work varying shifts including days, swings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong adaptability to changing schedules and locations
- excellent communication and customer service skills
Job Qualifications
- Flexible availability to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays and any shift as operational needs require
- high school education or equivalent (GED)
- ability to pass an extensive screening process
- security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
- valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record
- state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32-hour BSIS security training, with support available in obtaining the California Guard Card license
Job Duties
- Monitor the premises to ensure security
- conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
- control access points and verify identities
- respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
- provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
- write detailed reports on events and incidents
- collaborate with authorities during serious situations
- ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
