Job Requirements
- Willing to work any day of the week and any shift including days, swing, or overnight
- Ability to travel to Pismo Beach, CA and Santa Barbara, CA
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass comprehensive screening
- State security license (BSIS Guard Card)
- Driver's license with clean driving record
- Completion or willingness to complete 32 hours of BSIS training
- Commitment to flexibility and reliability
Job Qualifications
- Flexible availability to work any day and shift including weekends and holidays
- High school education or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to pass an extensive screening process
- Experience in security, military, or law enforcement preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record
- State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and 32 hours of BSIS security trainings
- Willingness to obtain California Guard Card license with company support
Job Duties
- Monitor the premises to ensure security
- Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
- Control access points and verify identities
- Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
- Write detailed reports on events and incidents
- Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
