Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have at least one year of verifiable work experience
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office products
- Capable of operating site specific security programs
- Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and lift as required
- Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must possess exceptional customer service skills
- Must be able to multitask
- Must be comfortable with Microsoft Office products
- Must be able to operate and maintain site specific security programs
- Must have at least one year of verifiable work experience
- One year of military, concierge or an AA or BA in a related field will be considered
Job Duties
- Perform access control for guests, tenants and vendors
- Enforce client and company policies and procedures
- Observe and report security and safety hazards
- Conduct routine foot patrols in and around the building
- Report all pertinent issues and incidents to the operations manager, the client and other departmental managers
- Interact with clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees, and the general public
- Perform other duties as assigned
