Job Duties
- Monitor, authorize and document entrance of residents, guests, family members, and home health agencies
- Handle complaints, settle disputes, and attempt to resolve grievances and conflicts as advised by management
- Resolve inquiries and complaints within the defined authority
- Assist with resident functions as needed
- Attend work with regularity and punctuality
