Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- must possess exceptional customer service skills
- must be able to multitask
- must be comfortable with Microsoft Office products
- must be able to operate and maintain site specific security programs
- must have at least one year of verifiable work experience
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of verifiable work experience
- military service considered as experience
- concierge experience considered
- AA or BA degree in a related field considered
- exceptional customer service skills
- ability to multitask
- familiarity with Microsoft Office products
- ability to operate and maintain site specific security programs
Job Duties
- Perform access control for guests, tenants and vendors
- enforce client and company policies and procedures
- observe and report security and safety hazards
- conduct routine foot patrols in and around building
- report all pertinent issues and incidents to operations manager, client and department managers
- interact with clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees and the public
- carry out other duties as assigned
