Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- possess a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience
- pass a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws
- undergo a drug screening as permitted by law
- meet licensing requirements as applicable
- have a valid driver's license for driving positions
- maintain a clean motor vehicle record
- availability for all shifts and on-call schedule
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous security experience preferred
- ability to remain calm and professional in emergency situations
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- basic computer skills for report writing
- knowledge of safety and security protocols
- valid security license if required by state or local law
Job Duties
- Provide customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures
- respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and problem solving
- conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter
- follow site-specific policies and emergency response activities
- monitor and control access to the premises
- maintain incident reports and logs
- collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency personnel as needed
