Job Requirements
- Licensed Security Officer with a Security D license
- Minimum of two years hospitality experience
- Ownership of a black matching suit and white button-down shirt
- Must be clean-shaven with no visible tattoos
- Able to work the 3 pm to 11 pm shift with flexibility
- Fluent in English
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a security officer
- Experience in customer service or hospitality industry
- Possession of a Security D license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR certification is a plus
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and time management skills
Job Duties
- Patrol assigned sites and checkpoints effectively
- Monitor for suspicious activities and ensure safety regulations are enforced
- Write detailed reports documenting observations and incidents
- Provide excellent customer service including giving directions and assistance
- Operate elevators and manage access points securely
- Maintain professionalism by adhering to dress code and grooming standards
- Respond calmly and appropriately to tense or emergency situations
