Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid state security license or willingness to obtain
- Completion of 32-hour BSIS security training
- Valid California driver license and clean driving record
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass extensive background and drug screening
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Basic phone and computer proficiency
- Minimum 1 year security experience
Job Qualifications
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
- Hold a state security license and 32-hour BSIS security training or be willing to obtain during hiring process
- Possess a valid California driver license and maintain a clean driving record
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Successfully pass an extensive screening process
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
- Have basic proficiency in phone and computer operations
- Possess at least 1 year of security experience
- Experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement is preferred
Job Duties
- Welcome and guide visitors with exceptional customer service
- Verify identity and manage access control effectively
- Perform regular patrols to identify and mitigate potential security risks
- Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
- Respond promptly to incidents and provide first aid if required
- Coordinate with emergency personnel during critical situations
- Answer questions in person or by phone professionally
- Write detailed incident reports and communicate security concerns
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property at all times
