Job Requirements
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Provide documentation of high school diploma or GED
- Hold a valid state security license and complete 32-hour BSIS security trainings
- Possess a valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Pass an extensive screening process
- Have exceptional customer service skills
- Be proficient in basic phone and computer skills
- Have at least one year of security experience

- Experience in security, military, or law enforcement is preferred
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming and guiding visitors
- Verify identity and manage access control to maintain secure premises
- Conduct regular patrols to monitor site safety and identify potential risks
- Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
- Respond promptly to incidents and coordinate with emergency response teams
- Administer first aid when necessary
- Write detailed incident reports and communicate security concerns clearly
