Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to engage customers in a professional manner
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations
- Stamina to stand for long periods
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Certification in OC foam deployment within one year and maintaining certification standards (Nebraska and Kansas only)
- Completion of NFM Response to Resistance and First Responder training courses within 90 days
- Ability to obtain a non-commissioned security officer license within 30 days if employed in Texas
- Ability to work night, weekend, and/or early morning hours based on business needs
- Pre-employment screening including drug screen and criminal background check

Job Duties
- Greet customers, visitors, and vendors and assist in locating staff
- Support customers by issuing electric handicapped shopping carts and assisting with wheelchairs and shopping carts
- Monitor and tag property entering the store
- Assess and assist with incidents such as shoplifting, medical emergencies, and inclement weather
- Patrol facilities and parking areas on foot or by vehicle and direct traffic during special events
- Assist customers and staff with vehicle breakdowns, lock-outs, and retrieve shopping carts from parking areas
- Conduct preliminary investigations, audits, security surveys and document findings
