Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- At least 21 years of age
- Security, military, and/or law enforcement experience of at least 3 years
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- DC Special Police Officer - Unarmed or DC Security Officer license
- Pass extensive screening process
- Basic phone and computer skills
- Complete a 40 hour basic training course
Job Qualifications
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
- Have exceptional customer service skills
- Be proficient in basic phone and computer skills
- Have security, military, and/or law enforcement experience of at least 3 years
- Hold a DC Special Police Officer - Unarmed or DC Security Officer license
- Be at least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law
- Have CPR/First Aid Certification
- Successfully complete a 40 hour basic training course
Job Duties
- Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
- Manage access control
- Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
- Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- Answer questions in person or by phone
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
