Job Requirements
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- provide documentation of high school diploma or GED
- hold a state security license and complete 32-hour BSIS security trainings
- have a valid CA driver license with clean driving record
- be at least 21 years old
- pass an extensive screening process
- have exceptional customer service skills
- be proficient in basic phone and computer use
- have minimum 1 year security experience

Job Duties
- Provide customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
- manage access control points
- perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
- inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
- respond to incidents and provide first aid
- coordinate with emergency teams
- write incident reports and communicate security concerns
- ensure safety and protection of individuals and property
