Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- minimum 3 years experience in customer-facing access control
- knowledge of access control and security systems
- excellent communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- ability to work independently
- excellent organization and multitasking skills
- professional personal appearance
- ability to handle pressure calmly
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- availability for traditional and non-traditional business hours
- compliance with FAA drug and alcohol testing
- ability to adhere to OSHA, EPA, state and federal safety regulations
- ability to complete I-9
Job Qualifications
- High school degree required
- bachelor’s degree preferred
- minimum 3 years customer-facing access control experience
- prior law enforcement, military or security work preferred
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- strong computer skills
- highly organized and detail oriented
- observant and aware
- self-starter able to work with minimal supervision
- able to multitask and reprioritize under pressure
- excellent people skills
- respectful, pleasant, emotionally intelligent
- excellent personal presentation adhering to dress code

- ability to anticipate customer and guest needs

Job Duties
- Prepare correspondence for security management
- manage incoming mail
- support departmental documentation and workflow needs
- create employee badges and manage access permissions using the ProWatch system
- oversee access control and CCTV systems ensuring real-time monitoring and compliance
- manage visitor management system including screening and approval of flagged personnel
- welcome external vendors and visitors verifying invitations and notifying hosts
- coordinate temporary badges and access for non-U.S. employee visits
- serve as authorized signatory for Airport Operations Area access and conduct routine audits
- provide on-site support for emergency services during incidents
- support crisis management preparation, response, and recovery activities
- enter, retrieve, and maintain sensitive data in security databases
- conduct access control and onboarding training
- track and manage security cost center invoices
- assist oversight of contracted security personnel and maintain contact lists
- monitor local guard force as directed by CSO and PSS
- maintain professional appearance and adhere to business professional dress code
- perform other duties as assigned
